1. The service

Fosia Connect lets a merchant connect their own PawaPay account to their website or business: an encrypted vault for the merchant's PawaPay key, a REST API, signed callbacks, reconciliation, an MCP endpoint and an assistant. The money always goes from the payer, through PawaPay, to the merchant's own PawaPay account. Fosia never holds funds.

2. Your responsibilities

You open and operate your own PawaPay account, complete your own KYC, and comply with the laws that apply to your business and to your customers. You keep your Fosia Connect API and MCP keys secret, on your server only. You enter your PawaPay key only in the vault form, never in the assistant.

3. Plans and payment

Plans, credits and services are sold on pay.fosiarw.com under its terms of sale. Usage is billed on technical usage, never on a percentage of payment volume.

4. Limits

Payouts are refused in production until the capability is proven. The assistant is limited per month (messages, expert questions, a cost cap). Fosia Connect is provided with reasonable care; PawaPay's availability is outside our control.

5. Ending

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard (My data). We may suspend an account used for fraud or abuse. Rwandan law applies.
